Cat Workshops Dog Classes
Facilitated by a professional grief counselor from By the Bay Health, this free virtual meeting will allow you to connect with others who have experienced the loss of a loved animal. The grief we experience when we lose an animal companion is unique, so come share your grief and learn skills to help you on your journey toward healing.
Interested parties should call Mimi DeGennaro, LCSW, at 415.444.9205. She will review expectations and accept registrations. A direct Zoom link will be emailed to those who are enrolled.

Presented by Emergency Care & Safety Institute certified instructor Peter Pay, this hands-on workshop teaches basic lifesaving techniques and preparedness, including basic pet first aid, CPR training, rescue breathing, restraint and muzzling, choking management, poison response, and much more. Included in the First Aid & CPR workshop is a first aid workbook and completion certificate.
Please leave your animals at home. “Resus-a-dog” and “Resus-a-cat” manikins will be available for hands-on training.

Cancellations: All requests for cancellations must be received via email at least 48 hours prior to the first class session for a refund. All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the first class session or for no-shows.
