Sep 19 @ 10:30 am – 12:30 pm

Cats are probably the most misunderstood of all domestic animals. Would you like to better understand what your cat is saying and how your body language affects your communication with your feline friends? You’ll get new insights into cat behavior.

This is a virtual Zoom class. If you haven’t used Zoom before, we can help you get set up before class starts.

Rattlesnake Avoidance Training @ Marin Humane
Feb 19 @ 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Love hitting the trails with your dog but worried about encountering a venomous snake? Join us for a one-day rattlesnake avoidance training seminar using positive reinforcement.

Rattlesnake avoidance training focuses on the skills you and your dog need to stay safe in your backyard or hiking the trails. Awareness is important when living in rattlesnake areas and this seminar will teach you and your dog how to respond if you cross paths with a rattler. Using only positive-reinforcement methods, we will focus on specific training behaviors, as well as visual, auditory, and olfactory cues specific to snakes. No live snakes or punishment tools are used in this seminar.

Working Spot $175, Audit Spot $75
