The Bay Area is home to some amazing wildlife, including mountain lions and bobcats so it’s important that we are informed about how to coexist with them and how to prevent human-wildlife conflict. In this seminar, Zara McDonald and Alys Granados from the Felidae Fund’s Bay Area Puma Project (bapp.org) will tell you about mountain lion ecology, our camera trap research, address some myths and misconceptions, and importantly, share tips about how we can facilitate coexistence with these wild cats in the Bay Area.
The seminar is free, but advance registration is requested. Please register before 3/1 at: info@bapp.org

Please join us for an educational presentation about coexisting with coyotes, highlighting the partnership between Project Coyote, Marin Humane, and Marin County Parks. These agencies came together and created the Marin Coyote Coalition to help coordinate the ways in which all of our local agencies respond to concerns about coyotes. One of the most important elements of this coalition has been educating residents about properly coexisting with coyotes.
Sponsored by Marin Humane, City of San Rafael, Project Coyote, University of California Cooperative Extension, and California Department of Fish and Wildlife.
