Miyoko Schinner, founder and CEO of award-winning Miyoko’s Kitchen, will explore the fascinating future of food and the powerful ways our food choices can improve our health, the environment, and the lives of others on the planet. Miyoko will also share about the four-legged and feathered friends enjoying life at Rancho Compasion, her farm animal sanctuary in Nicasio.

Justyna Sanders unfortunately cancelled, but we are so fortunate to be able to present Sid Garza-Hillman, a certified nutritionist, and highly entertaining podcaster and YouTuber. Sid helps people truly take control of their lives through his unique Small Steps philosophy. His approach is the exact opposite of quick fixes, diets, and exercise DVD’s, focusing rather on long-term, sustainable change, and increased self-esteem and confidence in the process. We hope you will join us!
The event is FREE and open to the public.
